Join our team as a Service Advisor, where you’ll be the trusted link between our customers and technicians, ensuring every vehicle receives top-quality care while delivering a seamless and transparent service experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome customers with a friendly and professional approach, listen to their concerns, and provide expert service recommendations.
  • Clear Communication: Explain repair options, provide accurate estimates, and keep customers informed throughout the service process.
  • Service Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage repair timelines, and balance shop workload efficiently.
  • Customer Advocacy: Ensure customer needs are met with honesty, transparency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • After-Service Care: Review completed work with customers, follow up on satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  • 2+ years in a customer service or automotive service role.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Experience with dealership management software (PBS is an asset).

Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—ability to build trust and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly way.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns and service needs.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: $19–$25 per hour, plus performance incentives.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Experience:
