Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Provide product information and assist with sales transactions, utilizing upselling techniques to promote additional services or products.
Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain financial accountability.
Collaborate closely with our mechanics to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment that reflects our commitment to quality and professionalism.
Place orders for parts via phone and online platforms.
Utilize strong computer skills to perform critical tasks efficiently.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling service appointments as needed.

Experience:

Previous customer service experience, preferably within a dealership or automotive repair environment.
Familiarity with automotive parts is highly advantageous.
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with technology tools.
Solid cash handling skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
Mechanical knowledge or a strong interest in automotive repairs is a plus.
Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse customers.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
Ability to handle high volumes of phone calls and multitask effectively.
