Pay: $18-$22 - Pay based on an individual’s skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.
Hours of Work: Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; with Saturday work required as business needs dictate

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the vital connection between our customers and technicians in our highly respected shop. Whether you bring experience or the right attitude and willingness to learn, we’re ready to invest in your success.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and welcome customers, assess service needs, and deliver a professional, customer-focused experience from drop-off through pick-up
- Create detailed work orders, provide estimates, and coordinate efficient repair timelines
- Communicate clearly and consistently with both technicians and customers throughout the service process
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the visit
- Maintain accurate service records, estimates, and billing documentation
- Support team operations and perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a truck, diesel, or automotive service environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic technical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and systems
- Proficiency with service management software is a plus
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
- Minimum three years’ experience in light and/or heavy-duty truck industry with working knowledge of parts and services used in repair and maintenance (similar related experience will be considered)
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to understand financial information as it pertains to dealership operations
- Willingness to learn—training will be provided for the right candidate
