Toyota of North Austin is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a qualified Business Development Center & Rental Department Agent to our Service team.

Primary responsibilities:
- Set service appointments for our customers
- Set up rental vehicles for service customers
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, or email
- Exceed customer expectations and team goals
Here are a few things that we are looking for in the BDC Customer Service Agent role:
- Exceptionally driven with a very strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Have a strong desire to succeed and advance
- Have a positive "solution oriented" attitude
- Someone who prioritizes growth
- Goal oriented
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Someone looking for a positive work environment
- Automotive/Call center experience preferred but not required
- Customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience a plus
