Job Description | 工作内容

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, guide them to their seats, and introduce the restaurant and menu concept.
  热情迎接客人，引导入座，并为客人简要介绍餐厅特色与菜单内容。
  

• Provide professional advice and answer questions, including menu recommendations, food ingredients, and drink pairings.
  提供专业建议并解答客人疑问，包括菜品推荐、食材成分及酒水搭配等。
  

• Take guest orders accurately and communicate promptly with the kitchen team.
  准确记录客人点单，并及时传达给厨房团队。
  

• Deliver high-quality service: serve food and beverages, set and clear tables, and prepare utensils and napkins.
  提供高质量服务，包括上菜、上饮料、摆台与清台、准备餐具与巾纸等。
  

• Maintain a clean and tidy dining environment — tables, chairs, floor, and all utensils.
  保持餐厅环境整洁有序，确保桌椅、地面与餐具卫生干净。
  

• Handle billing, payments, and membership points transactions accurately.
  负责结账、收款及会员积分操作，确保记录准确。
  

• Identify and accommodate guests’ special needs such as allergies or dietary preferences, and coordinate with the kitchen accordingly.
  了解并满足客人的特殊需求，如过敏或饮食偏好，并与厨房协调沟通。
  

• Work closely with chefs and fellow service staff to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  与厨师及其他服务人员紧密合作，确保出菜及时、服务流畅。
  

• Build lasting guest relationships and enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
  建立良好的客户关系，提高顾客满意度与回头率。
  

• Comply with restaurant hygiene and safety standards to ensure food safety and guest health.

Job Skills | 工作技能

• Prior F&B service experience preferred; experience in Western-style dining will be an advantage.
  具备餐饮服务经验者优先，有西餐厅经验者更佳。
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  具备良好的沟通与人际交往能力，能与客人及同事有效互动。
  

• Attentive, detail-oriented, and service-minded; able to anticipate guest needs proactively.
