Service Crew

Accounting Staff supports the accounting officer by performing tasks which
includes processing and recording transactions, checking and verifying, filing, and other
duties, as needed.

Work Activities:
 Reviews store operations reports
 Monitors journal and sales invoice
 Prepares requirements for sales invoice
 Ensures that necessary documents are notarized
 Files store operations reports
 Updates Sales and Deposit
 Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Residing within or near Santa Rosa, Laguna
- Graduate of Accounting Course or any related course
- Preferably a Fresh Graduate
- with less than a year of experience can be considered
- Has knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping procedures and auditing
- with strong attention to detail
- with excellent analytical and time management skills
- with strong communication skills
- with computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
