Service Deli/Seafood Assistant

New World Stanmore is a great community supermarket in the heart of Christchurch. We have had an exciting role come available as a Service Deli/Seafood Assistant in our store.

We're looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our team as a Deli Assistant.

• Monday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Sunday: 8:30am - 5pm

Extra hours are usually available to pick up should you want more

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, energetic team that’s recognised in our community for delivering exceptional customer service. What we’re looking for:

• Passion for customer service
• Strong teamwork and initiative
• Ability to handle slicing, chopping, cooking, and cabinet presentation
• Honesty, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Physical fitness (you’ll be on your feet!)

Previous experience in a kitchen or deli is an advantage, but not essential – we’ll provide full training to the right person.
