We are searching for a Service Delivery Manager with the skills to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery? Is the perfect role for you.
You will be the central point of contact between our clients and internal teams. You will be the face of the organization for your assigned clients, ensuring we not only meet but exceed their expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Job Description
What you will do

? You will be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will dive deep into their needs and objectives and build strong relationships with them.
? You will coordinate the service delivery. You will work closely with technical teams, operations, and project management to ensure services are delivered on time and effectively.
? You will analyze performance and adjust where needed. You will monitor service delivery against KPIs and SLAs and initiate immediate corrective actions.
? You will coach, mentor, and train team members to help them reach their full potential.
? You will be a driver of continuous improvement. You will develop and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency and quality of service delivery.
? You will report regularly to senior management and clients on performance, achievements, and areas for improvement.
? You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, so you can always apply the latest insights.

HBO degree in Business Administration, IT, or a similar field, or equivalent relevant experience.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager, preferably in the IT services industry.

A proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and meeting SLAs.

Strong leadership skills.

Great communicator and can effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Solid understanding of service delivery processes, the ITIL framework, and service management tools.

Strong problem-solver with excellent analytical skills.

Experience with IT infrastructure and the ability to function on a local contact for IT infra requests and changes.

A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.
