Service Delivery Manager

Alsco Uniforms is the leading textile rental company with a strong presence in many New Zealand industries, including accommodation, hospitality, manufacturing and food processing. We are looking for a dedicated Service Delivery Manager. You will lead the depot, made up of a team of Service Delivery People, an existing customer base and develop sales with both existing and new customers.

No day will be the same in your role as you lead a team in operational efficiencies and ensure your team delivers the highest level of customer service.

To succeed in this role you will have the following attributes:

• Ability to set, manage and achieve service and sales team targets
• A proven track record in managing people
• Experience in customer account management
• A high level of interpersonal skills
• Self-Motivation and drive to achieve results
