Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of processes and the optimization of overall operational workflows. This leadership role is critical for supporting strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree (any field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally handling insurance logo.
• Proven experience in managing operations teams in a fast-paced environment and a previous job history as an Operations Manager or equivalent.
• Strong background in strategic planning and supporting company-wide initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of operations management processes, including in-depth understanding of operations software, inventory management systems, and procurement platforms.
• Exceptional time management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes while monitoring and resolving bottlenecks.
• Resource Management: Oversee resource requirements such as manpower, hardware, software, and space allocation to ensure business continuity.
• Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with various departments (procurement, warehouse, inventory) and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
• KPI & SLA Management: Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and interface with stakeholders on issues related to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Pay: Php85,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
