Setter Sales Manager

Position Summary:

The Setter Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of appointment setters focused on generating leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This role centers on managing and optimizing the lead generation process to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads, supporting sales conversion and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor appointment setters to create a high-performing team culture.
  • Foster accountability and continuous development across the team.

Process Optimization

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation outcomes, including prospecting techniques, outreach methods, and CRM utilization.
  • Streamline workflows and tools to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track individual and team performance metrics; analyze results and provide actionable feedback.
  • Drive improvements based on data insights and KPIs.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align lead generation with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure timely feedback loops to optimize quality and conversion of leads.

Goal Setting and Achievement

  • Set clear, realistic goals for the team aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor progress and course-correct as needed to meet or exceed targets.

Ideal Experience:

  • Proven experience managing sales teams, especially those engaged in lead generation or appointment setting.
  • Strong background in sales operations or inside sales environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and managing lead flows.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and refine sales processes.

Sales Management Experience

  • Skilled in overseeing and scaling appointment-setting operations.

Leadership and Coaching

  • Able to lead by example, motivate teams, and coach for performance improvement.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication; able to engage persuasively with both team members and prospects.

CRM Proficiency

  • Comfortable using CRM tools to manage, track, and optimize lead data and appointment metrics.

Strategic Thinking

  • Capable of designing and executing lead generation strategies that align with business goals.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or training in sales leadership are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
