Settlements Executive (Gas/Power/Concentrates/Metals/Oil/Derivatives)

• Seeking for a Settlements Executive with minimum 1 year of hands-on Settlements experience in a Commodities Trading company dealing with Gas/Power/Concentrates/Metals/Oil/Derivatives*

THE COMPANY

Entrenched within their specialized markets, this company seeks to exceptionally push their own boundaries. Currently, they are currently seeking for a Settlements Executive to be part of the Operations team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure settlements of trades from payments, invoicing, confirmation and cash flow allocation

Perform reconciliation of transaction details between IT systems and counterparties

Resolve any differences in reconciliation

Report on these differences/provide updates to management

Involve in any projects relating to settlements function

Work closely with counterparties other relevant departments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in International Finance/International Shipping/Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education

Minimum 1 year of hands-on Settlements experience in a Commodities Trading company dealing with Gas/Power/Concentrates/Metals/Oil/Derivatives

Knowledge of shipping terms/Incoterms

Organized, meticulous, has good interpersonal and communication skills
