Job Summary

Shift Leaders are responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager with the day-to-day activities of team members and assigning responsibility for specified work and/or functional activities; assisting management in covering and running shifts; lead and coach team members to maximize sales and customer service; maintain food safety and safety standards; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. Shift Leaders will help deliver “Extraordinary Service” to guest by promoting teamwork and maintaining high standards throughout the operation.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Outgoing and energetic individuals who have a passion for delivering extraordinary service
• Must have a High School Diploma/GED
• A minimum of 1 year in restaurant/food service; leadership experience is a major plus
• Culinary experience is a plus
• Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe Food Safety certification
• Ability to operate a cash register or POS
• Experience with cash handling and loss prevention
• Ability to lead and motivate team members
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, in dealing with employees and customers
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a genuine care for quality service and food
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.

Shifts:

• Hiring for AM and PM Shifts
• Full-time and Part-time
• Flexibility a major plus
• Must be able and available to work weekends and holidays as needed

• All hired associates will be required to pass an airport mandated FBI Criminal Background Check.
• Reliable transportation is necessary. We provide Marta and Parking assistance.
• Having a mobile phone is essential for this role.
