Shift Leader - Rino Life Flower Dispensary

Job Overview
Life Flower Shift Lead Budtender works with customers in a recreation and medical retail setting. The Lead position sets an example for the other budtenders on shift. The Lead will provide exceptional customer service and utilize knowledge of all cannabis products featured in the dispensary. The Lead implements Life Flower company policies (merchandising, service protocols, policies, marketing programs, safety, HR, etc.), including day-to-day operations, monitoring and prioritizing workflow ensuring that company standards are met at all times.

Responsibilities & Essential Duties

• Open Availability for scheduling
• Opens & Closes the store
• Intakes products from Vendors
• Write payment checks to different vendors
• Responsible for counting cash
• Participates in Inventory Audits
• Loads Metrc receipts
• Consolidating Rec/Med to be rolled bins
• Wasting product as needed
• Sign up EPC members as well as remove members.
• Entering of product
• Training of new employees
• Update call out sheet
• Re-tag metrc items
• Assist with interstore transfers when needed
• Delegates tasks to budtenders
• Reconciles cash on tracking sheet
• Fill ATMs
• Making deposits
• Solves issues with customers
• Any and all budtender duties
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency

Job Type: Full-time

• Current Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Badge
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Cannabis retail sales
• Ability to remain compliant in a highly regulated role
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication with customers, coworkers, and management
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, point-of-sale software, and cash handling
• Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in an efficient and professional manner
• Strong attention to detail and a team player mentality
• Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as scheduled

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
