Job Title: Sign Maker

Position Overview: We are looking to recruit an efficient and hard-working Sign Maker for manufacturing, assembling, and finishing high-quality signage products according to approved designs and specifications. The role requires strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work with a variety of materials, tools, and production equipment.

The main duties of a Sign Maker are:

· Produce a wide range of signage including vinyl graphics, cut letters, illuminated signs, banners, and panels.

· Operate sign-making equipment such as vinyl cutters, digital printers, laminators, CNC routers, and basic fabrication tools.

· Prepare substrates including aluminium, acrylic, PVC, wood, and composite materials.

· Apply vinyl graphics accurately and without defects.

· Read and interpret job sheets, artwork proofs, and technical drawings.

· Ensure all work meets quality standards and brand specifications.

· Maintain production schedules and meet deadlines.

· Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

· Assist with deliveries and installations.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sign production or related manufacturing field is preferred.

· Experience using vinyl application techniques.

· Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator is advantageous.

· Ability to read measurements and use basic math skills accurately.

· Good time management and ability to prioritize workload.

· Mechanical aptitude and safe use of hand and power tools.

· Excellent attention to detail.

Requirements:

· Eligible to work in Ireland.

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Reliable and punctual.

· Work well as a team member with your colleagues (team player).

· Ability to work independently when required.
Flexible as occasionally working outside of normal hours is required to meet client deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €30,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
