Site Based Steel Fabricator / Erector / Installation Full-Time

Salary: Starting above industry rates, based on experience, with opportunities for higher pay depending on qualifications and performance.

The Role: Site Fabricator

This isn’t just a welding job—it’s a position for someone who knows their trade inside and out. TIG welding experience is essential. You’ll need to be confident in the fabrication, installation, welding, and finishing of architectural products like balustrades, balconies, and handrails. If you can’t TIG weld or don’t have solid experience in architectural product installation, this isn’t the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate and install architectural steelwork, including balustrades, balconies, handrails, gates, and stainless steel products.
• TIG weld to the highest standards—this is non-negotiable.
• Read and interpret technical drawings with precision and accuracy.
• Solve problems independently on-site and keep projects on track.
• Maintain a high standard of work, tools, and safety at all times.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the trade, with substantial experience installing architectural steelwork.
• Skills: Proficiency in TIG welding and a deep understanding of fabrication and installation techniques.
• Certifications: Current Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
• Tools: A full set of your own tools in good working order—you know the importance of being prepared.
• Location: You must already live in Ireland and be available for an in-person interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
