We’re looking for a Site Manager to join our team in Christchurch / Ōtautahi. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the safe and efficient delivery of our projects in complex and live construction environments .

You’ll be at the forefront of project delivery, ensuring health & safety, quality, and environmental standards are met while coordinating subcontractors and resources on site to achieve exceptional outcomes.

You’ll thrive if you’re someone coming from a trade background who enjoys delivering high-quality outcomes, building strong relationships with all stakeholders on site. You’ll be responsible for managing complex sites ensuring the works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga
  • SIte management experience with commercial projects from $10k to $1M+
  • Strong commercial contracting background
  • Ability to manage clients and meet contractual obligations
  • Proficiency with digital tools and systems
  • Trade qualification in carpentry or a related field
  • Full Class 1 driver’s licence

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
  • Managing the day by day site activities, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and working closely with the Project Management team
  • You will be delivering a diverse range of projects including refurbishments, upgrades, and new builds
  • Building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with H&S, quality, and environmental standards
  • Driving a culture of excellence on site
