- Preparing site reports and completing other site documentation
- Conducting preliminary site inspections of potential construction sites to determine essential tasks
- Developing labor and material cost estimates for a project
- Advising construction team on operational enhancements to lower costs and enhance efficiency
- Ensuring the construction team follows health and safety standards
- Resolving technical difficulties that occur during a construction project
- Connecting and negotiating with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
