Site Manager

What you’ll do:

As a Site Manager, you oversee operational project execution on-site. Whether you’re managing a small or mid-sized project, you ensure everything runs smoothly – technically, logistically, and safely.

You’ll be:

• Managing AV/IT installation projects, from preparation to on-site execution
• Planning and coordinating the work of installation engineers (1–15 team members)
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and project stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with contract specifications, safety regulations, and environmental requirements
• Maintaining accurate documentation, change logs, and reporting
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and material logistics

What do you take home?

• A gross salary between €3.118 and €4.727 per month based on 40 hours, depending on your experience and skills;
