About the Role

We are currently seeking a Skilled General Operative / Air Tightness Installer to join our growing team. This role involves working on residential and commercial construction projects, carrying out airtightness installation works to a high standard, ensuring compliance with building regulations and energy efficiency requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of airtightness membranes, tapes, and associated systems
• Sealing of penetrations, junctions, and service entries
• General site duties including preparation, measuring, cutting, and fitting materials
• Working closely with site managers and other trades
• Ensuring all work meets airtightness and building regulation standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Requirements

• Experience in airtightness installation or construction / general operative work
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safe Pass (required)
• Manual Handling (required)
• Full Irish driving license (required)
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
