Skilled Labourer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, with a preference for those who have commercial renovation experience. A valid G2 license is required. This position involves physically demanding tasks and is perfect for motivated individuals looking to build a career in skilled trades or construction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on job sites.

 Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies.

 Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as drywall, framing, flooring , painting and demolition.

 Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

 Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

 Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.

 Maintain cleanliness of work sites and properly dispose of debris.

 Assist with the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed.

Qualifications:

 Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the day.

 Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines.

 Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment.

Knowledge of tools and equipment used in manual labor roles is mandatory.

 Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred.
