Skilled Labourer (Experience Essential)

We are a growing construction and carpentry company based locally and are currently looking to recruit a reliable General or Skilled Labourer to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role suits someone with hands-on site experience who can work independently, take instruction well, and contribute positively to a busy construction environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience on construction sites (general or skilled labourer level)
• Own transport – essential
• Good understanding of site safety and basic construction practices
• Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
• Manual handling and Safe Pass preferred

Duties will include:

• Assisting carpenters and trades on site
• General labouring and site set-up
• Loading/unloading materials
• Keeping the site clean, safe, and organised
• Basic carpentry or trade support (for skilled applicants)
