Position: Social Marketing Manager (Reddit)
Location: Fully Remote
Flexible Working Hours: from 10:00/12:00 PM to 18:00/20:00 PM (Kyiv time)

What You’ll Do:

• Create engaging and relevant content to drive traffic and increase engagement on Reddit.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each platform’s unique audience.
• Track results, monitor performance metrics and provide reports (we have 4 accounts).

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on Reddit.
• Strong understanding of Reddit’s cultures, rules, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
