Position: Social Marketing Manager (X & Reddit)

Location: Fully Remote

Working hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Philippine time)
Salary: 500 – 800 USD (approximately 29,000 – 46,400 PHP)

What You'll Do:

• Create engaging and relevant content to drive traffic and increase engagement on Reddit and X (Twitter).
• Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each platform’s unique audience.
• Track results, monitor performance metrics and provide reports (we have 4 accounts - for promote our Digital Marketing Agency).

What You'll Need:

• 1+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on Reddit and X (Twitter).
• Strong understanding of Reddit’s and X’s cultures, rules, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.

What We Offer:

• Work schedule - 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
• 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Philippine time (The work schedule is based on U.S. time zones, so the working hours in the Philippines will be in the evening and at night. Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts)
• Two-three months probationary period
• Fully remote work environment with team members primarily based in Ukraine/Europe.
