The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator who’s got the spark to make our digital presence as dynamic as our creative output. You’ll be running the show on Instagram and LinkedIn, crafting scroll-stopping content, and writing copy that makes people feel something. Plus, you’ll be the mastermind behind our monthly newsletters, and work alongside our team for general outreach, giving our community a backstage pass to everything cool we’re up to.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own our Instagram and LinkedIn like a pro – creating content that’s bold, relatable, and just a little bit cheeky.
  • Write copy that doesn’t just inform – it vibes. Think captions that make people double-tap.
  • Put together newsletters that are more like love letters to our community – engaging, insightful, and visually on point.
  • Keep an eye on what’s working (and what’s not) by diving into the data and tweaking our strategy as needed.
  • Get hands-on with our team of artists and collaborators to gather content and ideas.
  • Be the go-to for social trends and pop culture moments – because keeping things fresh is your jam.

Who You Are:

  • Must have experience in the photo and video production industry and or agency experience.
  • Social media savvy with a creative brain that never quits.
  • You’ve got the chops – experience managing social accounts for creative brands, writing killer copy, and knowing how to make content pop.
  • Comfortable with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp (or similar) – but you know when to break the mold.
  • You can throw together graphics that look polished without breaking a sweat (Canva is your BFF, and Adobe doesn’t scare you).
  • An analytics nerd who loves watching numbers climb.
  • An idea machine who’s always thinking about the next big thing.
  • You know how to keep it professional, but you’re never afraid to get a little weird – in the best way.
