About Us
ArcadeXR builds online and remote-play arcade experiences for a global audience. Our platform, Arcade Online, connects players from around the world to real physical arcade machines. It’s competitive, skill-driven, event-heavy, and deeply community-powered.
This is a live-service, hands-on, high-engagement community role that serves as a bridge between players and product.
We’re looking for someone who can step in quickly, own the conversation, and keep the energy high while turning community signal into actionable insight.
Your Role
- Own and manage our player community across Discord and social platforms
- Actively moderate, engage, and participate in conversations daily
- Respond to player questions and support issues in a timely and brand-aligned tone
- Gather player feedback and surface meaningful patterns to Product and Marketing
- Plan, schedule and support live events, tournaments, and platform promotions
- Create lightweight promotional content (posts, clips, dev updates, event announcements)
- Work closely with Product to stay aligned on upcoming features and changes
- Track and report community signals (engagement, sentiment, participation, KPIs)
- Help refine and protect our brand voice across all channels
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years managing communities for games or digital consumer products
- You understand Discord deeply (not just how to post, but how to manage culture)
- Strong written communication skills - natural, authentic, human
- You can think critically and spot patterns in player feedback
- You’re comfortable in fast-moving environments with live events
- You can manage multiple conversations without losing tone or clarity
- You are proactive - you don’t wait to be told what to say
Bonus Points (Not Required)
- Experience working on competitive or skill-based games
- Experience running community-driven events or ambassador programs
- Basic video editing or graphic creation skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools and social KPIs
