We’re looking for a Full-Stack Social Media Manager with a strong interest in paid advertising (especially Meta: Facebook + Instagram). You don’t need years of experience — if you’re smart, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll teach you how to run high-performing campaigns using our proven process.

Responsibilities:

As a Full-Stack Social Media Manager, you will:

  • Fully manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns, from setup through ongoing optimization, reporting, and discussing results with clients and internal management.
  • Conduct rigorous QA processes for all ads before they go live.
  • Analyze and present social media KPIs to demonstrate success and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Formulate paid media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  • Ensure leads are properly tracked, attributed, and fed into client systems using tools like Zapier, Slack, ClickUp, and CallRail.
  • Create content for and manage email campaigns — including building, testing, and deploying emails to fitness club members, past members, and prospects.
  • Support client communications, assist with account audits, and contribute to proposal presentations.

Desired Experience (Not Required, but a Plus):

  • Meta Certified Marketing Science Professional.
  • Experience with organic social media posting and management.
  • Google Ads, Analytics, or Tag Manager.
  • LinkedIn Ads Manager.
  • YouTube Ads or TikTok Ads.
  • Programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Zapier or other automation tools.

What We’re Looking For

  • Curiosity, intelligence, and eagerness to learn quickly.
  • Comfort working with data and numbers (Excel/Google Sheets skills a plus).
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Interest in both the creative side of ads and the technical side of setting up campaigns, and lead tracking and wiring to feed leads into various systems.

Salary Range

  • $50,000–$70,000 annually, depending on skills and experience level.
