We are seeking a talented, highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our marketing team onsite at our Dublin 2 office.

The Role

This is a full-time, onsite position, working closely with our in-house creative, digital marketing, and compliance teams.

You will be responsible for driving organic and paid social media growth, engaging with our community, and collaborating on brand awareness campaigns across key platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram.

You must have prior in-house B2C brand experience. While financial industry experience is preferred, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Strategy Execution: Manage organic social media content and community engagement across all major platforms.

Content Planning: Develop monthly content calendars, working alongside our in-house creative team for asset production.

Platform Management: Use Sprout Social to schedule, monitor, and report on content performance.

Analytics & Insights: Track KPIs, compile platform performance reports, and provide insights using Sprout Social and Google Analytics.

Paid Media Support: Assist in campaign set-up and monitoring if required (full management of paid campaigns is not required but a plus if you have experience).

A/B Testing: Test different content formats, taglines, thumbnails, and posting times to optimize organic performance.

Operational Workflow: Manage time and projects effectively, adhering to internal team systems and processes designed for a regulated industry.

Trend Monitoring: Keep up to date with emerging platform trends and content formats.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing or social media role with a B2C brand (references required).

Strong knowledge of Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram platform best practices.

Familiarity with Sprout Social and Google Analytics.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Passion for social media and attention to detail — we sweat the small stuff that moves the needle!

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Fluent English, with excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for visual storytelling.

Experience in a regulated environment or financial services is a bonus but not required.

Experience with paid ads (Meta, YouTube, X).
