Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Using social media marketing tools to develop the company's brand and gain clients.
• Responding to client inquiries daily via the company’s social media accounts.
• Working with Creatives to develop social media content and other marketing campaigns.
• Interacting with stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
• Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
• Researching and applying social media trends.
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year experience in Social Media Management or Marketing and Sales.
• Proficient in using Canva, Google Workspace, Photoshop, Premiere/CapCut, and other similar applications.
• Excellent understanding and work experience in using social media networks.
• Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate excellent writing, graphic layouting, photography, and basic video editing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
• Able to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Able to work under pressure.
