Job Summary: This is a rare opportunity for a highly creative, motivated, and personable individual to lead our social media, PR, and marketing efforts while gaining real exposure to the entertainment, cosplay, and pop-culture industries. You will work closely with the CEO and be hands-on in day-to-day content creation, PR moments, and partnership development.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in a variety of social settings, enjoys interacting with people, and can confidently represent the brand both online and in-person. This is a flexible, part-time role. We are looking for someone who is excited to grow with us long-term and become a consistent, reliable part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Create engaging and on-brand content for our social media platforms using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Canva. Capture in-store moments, events, and spontaneous content opportunities. Design eye-catching templates for general inquiries, announcements, and press-related content.
• Marketing & PR: Partner directly with the CEO to develop and execute Marketing and PR strategies. Assist with regular posting schedules, trend-based content, and real-time social engagement. Help represent the brand during in-store activations, special moments, and industry-related interactions.
• Partnership & Relationship Management: Work alongside the CEO to identify and support collaborations with news outlets, social media platforms, influencers, and industry professionals. Help maintain positive, professional relationships with partners and visiting talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation across various platforms.
• Strong proficiency with video and photo editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and graphic design platforms (Canva).
• Comfortable being on-site, interacting with customers, partners, and industry professionals in a fast-paced, social environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and pivot between projects in real time.
• A portfolio of work is required, including examples of social media videos and still imagery.
• Genuine interest in costumes, pop culture, entertainment, horror, cosplay, or related industries.
• May require minimal travel to attend horror, cosplay, or entertainment conventions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: Los Angeles, California minimum wage per hour of $17.87, with opportunity for increases based on performance and role growth.

Schedule: Flexible part-time schedule. Must include weekend availability.
