- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitive activity; leverage this data to refine content strategies.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to maximize reach and ROI while targeting key demographics effectively.
- Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews; build strong relationships that enhance brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to align messaging during product launches or special events; support branding efforts through consistent storytelling.
- Oversee social media management workflows ensuring timely content delivery while maintaining proofreading standards for accuracy and professionalism.
<Skills>
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Skilled in video editing techniques to produce engaging multimedia content that captures audience attention.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research strategies to optimize content discoverability.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms to boost reach effectively.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences authentically across digital channels.
- Excellent proofreading abilities ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
