Content Creator & Social Media / Shopify & Order Manager

A.M. Site Solutions Ltd. is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, organised, and reliable person to take charge of our digital presence and online store. This role suits someone who enjoys creating content, managing online platforms, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Creating engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, captions) for our social media platforms
• Managing and scheduling posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Attending shows, events, and client sites to capture high quality content
• Monitoring messages, comments, and engagement to maintain a strong brand presence
• Managing our Shopify website, including product listings, images, descriptions, layout updates, and general maintenance
• Processing and managing online orders as they come in
• Coordinating with the team to ensure accurate stock, delivery details, and customer communication
• Tracking performance and suggesting improvements to increase reach, sales, and conversions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience creating content for social media (portfolio or examples welcome)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
• Ability to manage and update Shopify (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Confident attending events and capturing content on the go
• Good eye for design and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Reliable, organised, and proactive in managing tasks and deadlines
