Social Media Manager — (Full Time, Work From Home)

About us

Grade Solution Learning Centre is a fully online tuition centre offering quality education in Math, English, Science, and Chinese for primary and secondary students across Singapore. We're passionate about helping students grow — and we need a creative, driven Social Media Manager to help us tell that story.

What you'll do

• Manage all social media channels

Oversee the social media presence of the entire company, maintaining consistent tone, branding, and quality across platforms.

• Refresh and optimise ads

Monitor ad performance and refresh creatives when necessary to keep campaigns effective and engaging.

• Ideate content

Come up with fresh, relevant content ideas that resonate with parents and students across our subject areas.

• Shoot and appear in videos

Film our teachers at various locations across Singapore. You may also be required to appear on camera from time to time.

• Liaise with editors and content creators

Work closely with our in-house editing team and freelance content creators to plan, brief, and coordinate shoots and deliverables.

• Maintain content quality standards

Ensure all videos and posts meet the company's standards for consistency, quality, and brand voice before they go live.

What we're looking for

- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business

- Comfortable operating a camera or smartphone for video shoots

- Strong creative instincts and a good eye for content that performs

- Confident communicator who can brief and coordinate with external creators and editors

- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting

- Willing to travel around Singapore for filming (transport claimable)
