We track creators on Instagram and TikTok, surface viral content patterns, and generate weekly content plans powered by AI. We're an early stage startup built by a solo founder, growing fast, and looking for someone who wants real ownership over a brand's social presence, not busywork.

The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager Intern to help grow Brika's presence on Instagram and TikTok. This is a hands on role with real visibility, your work will be seen by thousands of people in the creator economy and marketing space. You'll be responsible for both behind the scenes content operations and being on camera as part of Brika's content.

What You'll Do

✦ Plan and post 3 to 4 Reels per week across Instagram and TikTok
✦ Appear on camera for select content formats, UGC style Reels, talking head segments, behind the scenes clips
✦ Write captions and hooks following Brika's content frameworks
✦ Engage with comments and DMs to build community around the brand
✦ Track what's performing and adjust content strategy week to week
✦ Collaborate directly with the founder on content ideas and brand voice
✦ Help execute Brika's cold outreach and engagement strategy on Instagram

What We're Looking For

✦ Comfortable being on camera, confident and natural presence
✦ Genuine interest in social media, content creation, or the creator economy
✦ Strong understanding of what makes content perform on Instagram and TikTok
✦ Self starter who can work with minimal supervision
✦ Bonus if you already create content for yourself or have grown an account before
