Social Media Manager (Ireland Market)

An international company specializing in cutting-edge iGaming solutions is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to drive our brand presence in the Irish market. The position offers either a remote work format or the opportunity to work from our office in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy across multiple platforms to strengthen brand presence.
• Create and publish unique content: posts, stories, short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), memes, and live updates — tailored to each platform and audience.
• Grow and manage a local community in a native and engaging way: interact with users, respond to comments, and build brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with advertising, SEO, marketing, and PR teams on integrated campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze content and campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies to achieve maximum results.

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in SMM / Community Management, preferably in European markets.
• Proven experience managing and growing communities on major global social media platforms. Portfolio or links to accounts you have managed are required.
• Strong interest in sports, esports, and pop culture. Experience with streaming or running a personal blog in these areas is a plus.
• Creative content creator with the ability to turn local news and trends into viral content.
• Analytical mindset with experience using analytics and social listening tools.
• Understanding of paid social media advertising fundamentals (where applicable).
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher for authentic content creation and communication.
