Social Media Manager – Part-Time (50%)

Your New Role

Our gaming client is looking for a part-time strategist to take their social media to the next level. They don’t want someone who “likes games” - they want a true strategy nerd who lives and breathes 4X, turn-based, and tactical gameplay. If your heart races for memes, gameplay clips, and community magic, this quest is for you!

Your Mission:

• Create player-first content: memes, gameplay snippets, patch notes, and update teasers.

• Build social campaigns that engage and grow their international community.

• Communicate confidently in English, nailing tone and style for gamers worldwide.

• Test, analyze, and iterate – like any great game loop.

Scope of employment: Part-time, 50%
Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strategy nerd who happens to be amazing at social media.

• Proven experience running social media for other games (track record matters!).

• Experience with 4X, turn-based, or strategy titles.

• Comfortable writing, posting, and engaging in English.

• Deep understanding of what gamers love and how to make content that resonates.
