Serendipity Soy Candles has been hand-pouring all-natural soy candles in Canada for over 20 years. We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented individual to join our team to help elevate our social media presence, product photography, marketing materials, and more.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small business setting, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to contribute to meaningful brand growth with a beloved Canadian candle company.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and YouTube
• Take and edit compelling product and lifestyle photos using Canva or other tools
• Assist in developing promotional campaigns, seasonal catalogues, and wholesale materials
• Support website content updates, email marketing, and product launches
• Collaborate with retail and wholesale teams to support in-store events, community partnerships, and new initiatives
• Bring fresh creative ideas to keep our content fun, relevant, and uniquely Serendipity

What We’re Looking For

• Strong writing and content creation skills (samples appreciated!)
• Familiarity with Canva, social media planning tools (like Later or Meta Business Suite), and basic video editing
• Experience with photography and styling for small brands or products
• Organized and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
• A love for storytelling, aesthetics, and helping customers fall in love with a brand
• Bonus: experience with e-commerce or wholesale marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
