Social Media Marketing Manager

Overview
At Club 24 Concept Gyms, we are passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full fitness potential and living their best life. We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will play a key role in driving brand engagement, community growth, and customer loyalty across all organic social media channels. This role is ideal for a dynamic, creative storyteller who thrives on crafting compelling content and building relationships with our followers and gym members.

Core Purpose:

Our goal is to create loyal, lifelong fans and encourage a community of dedicated fitness enthusiasts. As the Social Media Manager, you will shape the digital presence of Club 24 Concept Gyms and help our brand grow and connect with gym-goers and future members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the organic social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage influencer marketing programs—from sourcing, outreach, and contracting to content approval and ROI analysis.
  • Oversee daily social content development, working closely with the creative and agency teams.
  • Engage with followers—respond to comments, encourage user-generated content (UGC), and foster a sense of community.
  • Track performance metrics using social listening and analytics tools and report insights to leadership.
  • Stay ahead of social trends and emerging platforms to drive innovation and keep Club 24 Concept Gyms relevant in the digital fitness space.
  • Ensure social media and influencer strategies align with larger brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team of social strategists and content creators.
  • Travel to all CT locations for producing content

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and influencer program management.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and the ability to stay on top of current trends.
  • Proven experience in executing influencer campaigns with both micro and macro influencers.
  • Proficiency in social media tools for reporting and social listening.
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Exceptional community management and engagement skills.
  • Leadership experience, with a collaborative and strategic approach to managing teams.
  • Experience in lifestyle, fitness, or consumer brands is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
