Social Media Marketing Specialist - Insurance & Financial Services

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and support a US-based client in the Insurance and Financial Services industry.

Job Description

• Develop and implement a strategic social media marketing plan aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging, industry-specific content that positions the company as a leader in financial services and insurance.
• Manage and optimize posts across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook,etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand the company's brand messaging and services.
• Analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
• Handle social media logins, TFA security setups and onboarding processes efficiently.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in social media marketing, preferably within financial services, insurance, or employee benefits
• Strong understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and digital branding
• Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and paid social media campaigns
• Ability to work independently and strategically, beyond just posting content
• Experience handling logins, security protocols (TFA), and onboarding challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Insurance, B2B financial services marketing
• Strong copywriting and content strategy skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance in financial marketing.

The position we are offering is a full-time, onsite role located at the Business Center, 18 Philexcel, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
