• Enhance Data Analytics capabilities for Software Factory offerings to improve transparency and developer experience.
• Standardize and harmonize data visualizations to support program management and execution.
• Gather requirements and manage stakeholders across Engineering through active networking and collaboration.
• Lead a small team focused on data analytics, documentation, and developer portal improvements.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure and content for Developer Portals and dashboards, ensuring reliable and actionable information.
• Drive roadmap and implementation for KPIs, quality metrics, and CI/CD/Test governance through effective dashboards and digital tools.

• Experience in Data mining, analytics and Software Engineering
• Proficient in Technical documentation
• The skills and experience to understand and explain mechanisms about medium/large scale software systems
• Development experience in Python, C/C++
• Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Excellent networker and cross-functional team player with a can-do mindset
• Fluency in spoken and written English

You enjoy great teamwork and are proactive, creative, and willing to share your experience and knowledge. You are entrepreneurial and have the capacity to drive issues in cooperation with our stakeholders. You can also navigate your way through ambiguous and undefined problems. Solid communication skills, both in written form and in face-to-face meetings are important skills you should possess.
