Responsibilities

• Develop and extend ServiceNow applications
• Build workflows, business rules, integrations, and automation
• Design modern UI interfaces (React/Vue)
• Implement automated testing strategies
• Lead design discussions and code reviews
• Integrate AI services and intelligent automation features
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Mentor junior engineers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• 2+ years ServiceNow development
• Strong JavaScript expertise
• Modern frontend framework experience
• Unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine)
• DevOps practices (Git, Docker, CI/CD)
• Experience integrating AI APIs or ML services

Preferred

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA/CAD)
• REST/SOAP integrations
• OpenAI / Azure AI / ML experience
• Agile development environments
