Job Title: Solution Architect – US Healthcare (Presales + Hands-on Technical Experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect – US Healthcare who brings a strong technical foundation and hands-on software development experience along with proven success in presales. You will drive solutioning efforts for healthcare clients by designing, presenting, and supporting the implementation of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant solutions for US healthcare clients including providers, payers, and healthtech companies.
• Ensure all solutions align with best practices in software development and cloud-native design.

Presales & Client Engagement

• Lead technical discussions with clients during the presales cycle and provide tailored solution strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver compelling presentations, demos, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Create technical artifacts such as solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and effort estimations.
• Contribute to building winning proposals with delivery feasibility in mind.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Work closely with internal delivery and product engineering teams to validate solution feasibility.
• Act as a mentor to technical teams and provide architectural oversight during project initiation.
• Keep up with healthcare regulatory updates and technology trends to continuously improve solution offerings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience including hands-on software development in full-stack or backend systems.
• 5+ years of experience in the US healthcare domain (payers, providers, healthtech).
• 3+ years in a solution architect or presales engineering role supporting client acquisition.
• Deep technical knowledge in areas such as:
• Programming: Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Architecture: Microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems.
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP with strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Healthcare standards: HL7, FHIR, EDI/X12, CCD, CDA, HIPAA.
• Experience building or integrating with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
