We are searching for skilled Sous chefs, Chefs and Sushi chefs to our restaurants! Mat & Drikke Gruppen currently owns and operates four restaurants at Aker Brygge; Pastis Bistrobar, Louise Restaurant & Bar, Lekter'n and our new Japanese pride, Yokoso. Together with our wonderful team, we are now looking for new talented people for Louise, Pastis and Yokoso.
LOUISE
Louise offers delicious shellfish and seafood, where the focus is on short-traveled Norwegian produce according to the seasonal selection. Here you can enjoy tasteful dishes, in a venue with a historical interior.
PASTIS
Pastis specializes in classic French cuisine with a modern interpretation. The focus is on lots of delicious small dishes, wine and cocktails. This is the new place everyone wants to visit!
YOKOSO
Yokoso is our Japanese restaurant specializing in izakaya, sushi, robata grill and ramen. Here you make the trip to enjoy a cocktail, a glass of sake, light snacks or a full dinner.
