Spa Front Desk & Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk & Sales Associate. In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their visit is seamless, pleasant, and memorable. Your primary responsibilities will include managing appointments, processing payments, and promoting our memberships and packages to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Reception & Service: Greet all clients warmly and professionally, in person and over the phone. Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth transition for clients and therapists.

· Appointment Scheduling: Expertly manage the appointment book using our Zenoti software system. Handle bookings, changes, cancellations, and waitlists efficiently.

· Sales & Promotion: Actively and knowledgeably promote and sell memberships, gift cards, treatment packages, and retail products to enhance client loyalty and drive revenue.

· Payment Processing: Accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and gift card transactions at the point of sale.

· Client Relationship: Address client inquiries, provide information about our services, and help resolve any concerns with a positive attitude.

· Administrative Support: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, assist with inventory of retail items, and support the team with daily operational tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Must be proficient in using Zenoti or similar spa/salon management software. (Training may be provided for an exceptional candidate with a strong willingness to learn).

· Proven experience in a customer service, retail sales, or front desk role, preferably in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuinely friendly and welcoming demeanor.

· Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale systems.

· A passion for wellness, beauty, and providing outstanding client care.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
