Spa Receptionist

Hayfield Manor Hotel and our Beautique Spa are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist.

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for organising and scheduling appointments via phone and email, while maximising the efficient use of time within the spa diary.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests to the spa and providing guidance on spa policies and procedures.
• Managing all spa enquiries and bookings in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answering telephone calls and emails, providing accurate and detailed information to spa guests.
• Maintaining the spa reception area to ensure it is clean, warm, and welcoming at all times.
• Delivering exceptional five-star customer service.
• Advising and educating guests on Elemis treatments and products.
• Processing guest payments for spa services and products.
• Building strong rapport and long-term relationships with both new and existing spa guests.
• Ensuring the front desk is clean, organised, and well presented at all times.
• Assisting with collecting guest feedback to support continuous service improvement.
• Maintaining clear communication with the spa team regarding booking changes or cancellations.
• Handling guest complaints and feedback professionally and directing them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Performing spa opening and closing procedures and ensuring guest amenities are replenished throughout the day.
• Ensuring agreed stock levels for linen and towels are maintained in line with daily business demands.
• Managing pool and leisure area bookings and guest enquiries.
