Role Description

The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality wellness, recovery, and longevity treatments that enhance members’ overall well-being and relaxation. This role supports members availing longevity and wellness programs such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Cryotherapy, Facial Gym treatments, and Massage Spa services.

As a key member of the wellness team, the Spa Therapist ensures a safe, comfortable, and premium experience, while upholding the club’s service standards, hygiene protocols, and wellness philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage therapy, facial gym treatments, and wellness services
• Assist and support longevity treatments such as Hyperbaric, Red Light Therapy, and Cryotherapy in coordination with the Nurse or Wellness team
• Ensure members are properly oriented, comfortable, and informed before, during, and after treatments
• Conduct basic pre-treatment checks and follow safety and wellness protocols
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms and equipment
• Educate members on treatment benefits, aftercare, and wellness recommendations
• Accurately record treatments and report any concerns to the Wellness Lead or Manager
• Assist in promoting wellness and longevity packages in a professional manner
• Support club events, wellness activations, and lifestyle programs
• Consistently uphold the club’s premium brand standards and service excellence

Qualifications

• Certified Spa Therapist / Massage Therapist / Aesthetic Therapist from a recognized institution
• Proven experience in massage therapy, facial treatments, or spa services
• Exposure to wellness, recovery, or longevity treatments is an advantage (training provided)
• Strong knowledge of spa hygiene, safety, and client care protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Calm, professional, and attentive demeanor
• Ability to work in a premium fitness and wellness environment
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends
• Professional appearance aligned with a luxury wellness brand
