Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative located in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English languages
• At least 1 year of Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• At least 6 months experience in phone, email, and chat support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
