We're Hiring: Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls from patients, caregivers, and transport providers
• Schedule and confirm non-emergency medical transportation appointments
• Accurately record trip details and patient information
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered service—especially for seniors and individuals with special needs

Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills: clear speaking voice, active listening, and empathy
• Willing to work night shift
