Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Representative – Wfh

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work at home setup with stable Internet, computer, headset
• MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH FLUENTLY
• Night shift (12am-9am)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be answering phone calls from patients and assisting them with inquiries including scheduling, medication refill, lab results, etc.
• You will be handling about 80 calls in a typical 8 hour shift

This role also has significant growth opportunity, as we are looking to expand our team in the Philippines over time and there will be leadership/management opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
