Specialty Barista

If you are passionate about specialty coffee, and have at least 6 months of working barista experience in a coffee shop or similar then this is job is for you!

This is a part time position, working from the Grind and Dose coffee shop inside Athlone train station.

Key Responsibilities:

Take customer orders with a friendly and positive attitude

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food

Maintain a clean and visually appealing workspace

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple orders simultaneously

Provide excellent customer service, whether working independently or as part of a team

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Ability to work alone

Requirements:

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is essential.

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based beverages

Attention to detail

Ability to work well within a team and independently

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Training will be provided
